Below-Average Food, Nice Proprietors

Ordered the BBQ pork fried rice at the kiosk. Wait time was a bit long at around 20 minutes but the food itself was wonderful! Good flavor from the pork and the dish was steaming hot even after a 10 minute walk back to my dorm. Other members of my party who ordered separately also expressed their satisfaction of their food. Would go back!

Absolutely terrible service. Waited about 40 minutes. The message said it was ready about 20 minutes in but I went to pick it up and had to wait another 20 minutes. No apology from the worker. The food itself was barely edible. BBQ pork was chewy and not flavorful. The rice seemed to be sprinkled with SOY SAUCE. All this for $15 is not worth it. Find something better to eat.

I went with two friends and we wanted to like it but were really disappointed. Portions match the price, but the food quality was just not it. I could tell that the fried rice was a day old at least, and the shrimp in it had the weird defrosted taste that smells and kind of transfers to anything it touches. My friend got noodles that tasted sweet (if you know the Asian bakery almond pastry, it tasted vaguely like that) and were really overcooked, and my other friend’s rice was also a couple days old. We got the dim sum steamed buns, which were really good and tasted normal. Maybe it was just the day we went, but this was probably some of the worst quality food we’ve had, and we’re not picky eaters at all.

The food is ok. The portion is big at least for me but the food is just average. The service is not so well

Avoid this place at all costs especially if you’re in a rush. Snackpass told me it’d be ready in 15 minutes, took them 40 minutes to prepare my food. Owner was rude, too – I tried showing her my Snackpass receipt on my phone, and she kept shooing me away with her hand, not even looking up from her phone. Later when my food WAS ready, she called my number, then walked away, leaving me at an empty counter with no way to retrieve my meal for the next few minutes. I verbally said my number to her (since I figured she might have a thing against phone screens in her face based on our earlier interactions), but angrily, she shouted, “Just show me [the receipt]!” with incredible rudeness. Poor service, long wait time, and mediocre food. Never coming back here again. I hope this place goes out of business soon.

I went to this place twice, thinking that the first time was a fluke. Go anywhere else! Bad food, slow service. Strange large translucent gelatinous goops in the Hot & Sour soup. It had very few mushrooms compared to the hot & sour I have had anywhere else. An ingredient that seemed like cauliflower was either undercooked or straight up plastic. Also, I had to wait for a long time even when there is basically no line.

Poor service, ordered on Snackpass and it took 10 minutes to send the order through because their machine was broken. The issue didn’t get fixed until we spoke to them in person. We were told our food would be ready in 10 minutes and waited another 15-20. Took us about 30 minutes to get 2 dishes to food, with little understanding on the part of the employees and no apology.

The restaurant itself is not really anything to talk about, kinda dingy, kinda messy, pretty much what one might expect from a hole in the wall. The food too is not really all that impressive. I ordered a Sichuan Fish Fillet and got something incredibly sweet instead of spicy. It’s pretty Americanized so don’t come here looking for traditional Chinese cuisine. However it is incredibly convenient and cheap if you’re looking for some fast acceptable Chinese food.

Love this place and the portion sizes. The lady is always so nice but just came back home and had a HUGE. BUG. in my sweet n sour so… i was hungry but not really any more. And i just paid over $20 but now dunno if i even want it any now and am kinda bummed. If it wasn’t so sticky id MAYBE brush it off and still eat my pricey lunch but i found one bug two bites in and i cant tell if its a fly or a spider so im just going to throw it out.
