I love coming to El Toro Bravo. This location opening up is a bit more convenient for me than going to the one down the street haha. I always get the small order of carne asada nachos. I LOVE their nachos. Sometimes they run out of a certain meat aka chicharons or carne asada. When I think they have enough carne asada, I have a heart attack when the the dude in front of me orders it by the pound. Thankfully they haven’t ran out on me JUST yet.

It was delicious! I had Quesadilla w Meat and I was surprised to see it came w cheese, sour cream, lettuce & pico de gallo on the side. My husband and kid had chicken taco plate and the taste was also very good! Chicken was nice and tender. My quesadilla was soft and crunchy on the edges, not salty and cut in good portions.

The menu here is very basic. They offer big party packs or combos with 2 or more pounds of meat something like family meals. The Carne asada burritos were amazing and huge they were almost $10 each though. The salsa verde looked amazing.

I e been coming here for a bit, and almost always happy with portion, quality and great value. However, last two time I’ve bought “tripa tacos” they have had granulas of rocks. So the third time, yes I love tripa tacos, it happened I returned them for The same reason. The owner wasn’t in, so I asked the gentleman preparing the tacos why, his response was that’s the way we buy them. There are pre washes. They don’t was them. I asked him so you’ve eaten them? He responded yes and confirmed they have granulas of rocks, but he still eats them. Hmm not the response I was expecting.
