Employees seem to want to be anywhere but working here; minimal communication. The floor throughout the entire restaurant was dirty as if it hadn’t been swept All day; half the tables needed cleaning. Terrible environment whose only positive was the food. Must do better, Chipotle.

Food was good, but when we asked for extra cheese, we were told we would be charged for it. Really?? We’ve been to a LOT of different locations in multiple states & have never ever been charged for extra cheese. Isn’t that kind of their thing? You can get extra stuff, other than meat, without being charged?? The girl helping us started off polite, but seemed super annoyed that we asked for anything extra. Definitely not the worst experience we’ve had by any means, but definitely not the best.

I had a three meat bowel . With a burrito wrap on the side. The food was pretty good and the corn is a must. Guacamole is not worth the 3 dollar upcharge. Cheese sauce tastes weird with the chips but I did eat it all. I usually don’t eat here due to the outrageous price but my meal was payed for by someone else. I would prefer an authentic Mexican restaurant that is usually better priced. Limited seating area.

They should train the younger hires before putting them on the line…went the other day and there where 2 youngsters that had to be atleast 16 or 17 maybe 18 and one of them was trying to make a burrito and gave up literately and just wrapped all the mush on the foil…..the other one was whiping the counter off with her hand and proceeded to handle the food knowning she had just done that! Just because you have gloves on doesnt mean its ok to whipe down the food line with your hands. And if you do please put on new gloves…there needs to be more monitoring especially when it comes to handling food.

Food is always consistent and good. But the service is always so slow specifically around lunch time. They have 6 people working, a line full of customers to the front door, and one employee on the line. It doesn’t make sense. Get your customers in and out and this location will thrive.

I just want to say that this chipotle used to be the best, I would love coming here. But the past year or so, it’s just gone down hill. Every time I order I am disappointed and eventually I just had to stop coming. The main issue is how watery everything is. At the bottom of my bowl there would be a pool a liquid that wasn’t there just a few years ago. Another thing is the taste has gone down hill but I can’t pinpoint what bc I always get the same things haha.

Worst Chipotle restaurant I have ever eaten at. They were so slow to put my food in a bowl and by the time they were done my food was completely cold. Even when the line was backed up to the door they never changed pace.
