Messed up my daughters order and took FOREVER to deliver, when she called to have it fixed the manager said they’d remake it and never sent it out. THEN when she tried to call back a HOUR later, they let the phone ring for over 12 minutes before she gave up. Dissapointing, and she spoke to the manager so you think this problem wouldve been handled but nope.

All THREE pizzas were cold, one pizza was barely even cut (I had to tear it with my hands), and the specialty veggie pizza was COMPLETELY wrong. I asked for light sauce and cheese, they gave me extra. I added banana peppers and requested square cut. You guessed it! NO banana peppers AND it was pie cut. Please don’t be disappointed with this review because my pizza is cold every time I order and they usually get at least one thing wrong.

Poorly made pizza. After I called and complained the manager Amber didn’t have any empathy on the phone nor did she want to speak to me when I came back. I asked her for another receipt and she ignored me. Her customer service skills are beyond ridiculous.
