I came in for a late lunch and it was unexpectedly quite busy with a few big tables even. The service was so great and I felt very welcome and taken care of even though I was dining alone. I had the Rueben and fries and it was great. The fries were perfectly crispy and the sandwich had a hefty portion of meat. I will defiantly be going back and highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven’t already.

Couldn’t be happier with my first time here! The restaurant is very well kept and the staff are so friendly! My wife and I stopped by with our toddler for Dinner and were greeted/sat immediately. I ordered the NY Strip with fried oysters on top and my wife had the chicken Chesapeake. Both items were very delicious! The steak was seasoned very well and the chicken Chesapeake was stuffed with crab dip. Serving size was generous and one of the best parts- our 2.5 year old was very entertained with the awesome gift bags they provide for kids. I found out the owners wife hand makes every gift bag and they switch them regularly so it’s always a new exciting bundle! Kids eat free every Wednesday depending on what you order which is great! Also, they have trivia night on Mondays which I’m excited to go to. Overall, we will absolutely be back and highly recommend to anyone searching for a new, local, small business to support.

The Abingdon grill is the best local restaurant if you’re looking for great food (from steaks, seafood, pasta and ribs to delicious assorted homemade bread pudding) where the menu includes something for everyone! Every plate is prepared and served with care and the staff (including the owner) couldn’t be more courteous and attentive. It’s a great place for business meetings, meeting friends for a quick bite or a special family dinner. They even have a private dining room that seats about 70 people for private parties. You have to try this place….believe me…the Abingdon Grill won’t disappoint!!

This place had such good reviews so we gave it a try. The service was pretty good. Our server kept forgetting things so I had to ask again on multiple things but it was no big deal. The server and host were both kind. I really liked that they give kids an activity book, crayons, little toys, and stickers. We had a lot of fun with that. The kids’ meals didn’t come with a drink which I thought was weird and ended up paying $6 for 2 small lemonade. The burgers were ok and $15. It was disappointing/expensive for what we got. My husband got very sick after eating the hangover burger. The egg was extremely overcooked. The nice runny yolk is the whole reason for getting that burger! The fries were good though. We won’t go back.
