Terrible service . Found a hair in my sandwich and when I first went in one of the employees had earbuds in and had to ask that he remove them the only polite person there actually doing there job was this young lady that was doing everything and I tried to call and ask for refund but no one answered. It doesn’t even deserve one star.

I always enjoy firehouse subs. The staff was very friendly today! I am very close to 5 stars and wish I could do 4.5, the food is amazing! The section that is no longer being utilized over by the drink machines could give a cleaner appearance. That is my biggest concern. I will review this review the next time I come in!! This is the hook and ladder.

Firehouse Subs Decatur is my #1 sandwich restaurant in Decatur. They have a great variety, although I always seem to get the Hook and Ladder. They can customize any sandwich any way you want. Fresh ingredients and friendly service. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs Decatur.

Normally my experience is very good but tonight it was different. An employee was rude to many of the customers and refused to do sandwiches the way they were requested. I know it’s the holidays and there is a lot of stress this close to Christmas but there is no need to be rude. Kindness works both ways.

Ordered a gluten free sub, picked up a sub labeled gluten free and after getting home saw it wasn’t. This could’ve been a deadly mistake and all they offered was a refund on 1 of the 4 subs I ordered.
