Ordered a large half & half. Received a large 70/30. 8 slice pizza, 5 slices of one 3 of the other, all perfectly equal sized slices, (no half topping slices). Now we’re short a slice of pizza cause the supreme side hates pineapple pizza. Like how do you not see this as your making it? Especially as your cutting it oh so carefully as to not cut the pineapple into the supreme side ……

Came home with a box of pizza with the quality seal sticker on it (quality and safety promised due to the Covid-19 pandemic). Opened it up and went to shake my garlic butter. It went spraying everywhere. The lid of the butter was partly opened. Did not help ease any anxiousness about contamination issues during this time.

This location used to be great, but lately they’ve just dropped the ball entirely. How the hell can you deliver cold food that is also burned? I shouldn’t have to wait over an hour for cardboard masquerading as pizza. With the wrong sauce on top of that! 3 orders over the past 3 months have been completely screwed up. And if you try to go in the store to talk to someone, they just cold shoulder you until you leave. Waste of money.

After two horrible experiences, I’m taking to writing a review. The last two times we ordered delivery from this location, both times were an utter disappointment. The most recent time half our order was wrong and the other half was missing. The time before our order was “out for delivery” for 1.5 hours before I called and was told it hadn’t even left the store yet and that they marked out for delivery so their time would look good. Was offered a “credit” on my account, that of course never showed up. Avoid this location at all costs.

We’ve been customers of Papa John’s for the last 25 years, and even worked for Papa John’s and have never tried such poor quality of dough. Not sure if the recipe changed, but the manager assured us that it hadn’t, so my only assumption is that they are using expired dough that tastes like cardboard. We’ve always liked them because of the Better ingredients Better Pizza philosophy, I guess this is not the case anymore.
