Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever attempted to go to/order from. System is always “down” and if they do complete a mobile order (have waited over an hour multiple times before canceling) they will ALWAYS forget something. Take the 5 minutes and go down the road where they put all the competent staff. I don’t expect much from fast food anymore, but this is way below even the lowest of bars.

It had been a while since we stopped in here, so we decided to try it again, I would have to say it has improved since about 6 months ago. The only issue with the tacos is you have to eat them as soon as you get them because all the extra taco juice makes the bottom of the taco fall out.

You would think that with a new remodel they would change their old ways, NOPE! Make sure to check your orders. Every single order. And I mean every order I would be shorted something. I just left now. Easy order. #6 with cinnamon twists. They forgot one of my chalupas and the damn cinnamon twist. I hate this Taco Bell.

I visited this location 2 days in a row. They serve fresh good food. You can tell they care about what they do. The second night I think it was a manager that took my order and his customer service is on point. Haven’t had taco bell in a long time because of the Indian trail location. But this location made up for everything.

Taco Bell availability is the source of success, in my opinion. They remain open late for those who require it. However, sometimes, this can also prove to be their detriment. Inaccurate orders, menu, and longer than average wait time have always been their greatest issue. Once these 3 things are adjusted, then Taco Bell will be more trustworthy overall in due time.
