Sat down quickly. Food took almost an hour and was cold. A quarter of a frozen chicken patty in my country fried chicken with gravy. The server dissappeared so it took 30 minutes after we ate for him to bring the check. As I was paying the hostess asked about our experience. I told her it was awful she said “sorry about that”. After I paid I told her that she should probably ask why my experience was bad, otherwise they will never improve and continue to make the same mistakes. She said “well I took 10% off your bill.” I told her my bill was never the problem and that I did not even notice the 10% nor did I expect it. I’ll gladly pay 10% more to never deal with such incompetence again.

Horrible experience! Waited 45 minutes still no food. Two different tables were seated after us who got their food and was done eating before I decided to go to the register to see what was going on. I told the manager on duty if they didn’t start the food we will just cancel it and she said oh it’s just getting done so I asked for them to put it in a Togo box. Well ten minutes later still no food so I asked again told her it was fine we can just cancel the order she says oh no it’s being boxed right now. Get my food with no silverware it was all thrown into the box. Whipped cream from the pancakes all over my kids side of fries. I go back inside to ask for silverware and tell the manager on duty about how they just threw the food in the boxes carelessly and she wasn’t interested in hearing what I had to say. Restaurant was nearly empty so there is absolutely no reason why I had to wait an hour to get breakfast! Very disappointing

After waiting ~40 minutes for food, it was cold and bland. Xavier was very slow to bring our food, didn’t bring the kids cups and got one of the orders wrong (missing bacon). My husband’s biscuit was like a rock. After the food came he never checked on the table and after waited for the check for a very long time we asked and he carelessly glances at us over his shoulder and says give me a minute. When we complained at the front desk she just said sorry and didn’t even bother to ask us what went wrong. As a naples native, this place has gone downhill big time.

Table sticky, sat for 10 minutes before anyone came to the table, and in a restaurant with only 15 people and I know of 4 servers I saw, they group everyone on top of each other! Not across the empty aisle, but back to back so you can’t even have a quiet conversation… Sad

We called 30 minutes ahead to rsvp and they said okay. They did not inform us “hey we don’t take reservations”. So then we get there and are told sorry we don’t take reservations you will have to wait 20 minutes. Then the waitress brings us all of our drinks but we spent 15 minutes waiting for her to remember our coffees. Eventually I had to call across three tables for her, because she kept walking away. The waitress did not bring us any cream or sugar for our coffees so we had to grab some from another table. Terrible here!

Pancakes were horrible. We were told that they just came from a store and weren’t there usual. They were not edible. My friend ordered scrambled eggs and it came over easy. Waitress was nice but the food really was not up to Perkins standards
