Tucked away off the main path, hidden in the Highlands Ranch shopping center. Great inexpensive Italian food. Atmosphere much like a neighborhood tavern. Good selection of craft beers, wines & mixed drinks. Clean & friendly for dining in, though they do take out and delivery’s too! Best options are their lunch specials, much more reasonable than fast food!!!

love Vaughn’s for the great craft beer selection. pizza is a great thin crust. while running Saturday errands, I often stop in for a slice and a pint as a snack to hold me over till dinner. maybe 2 pints. 🙂 The staff is very friendly. lil bar, great way to widdle away a couple hours on a hot Saturday afternoon.

Sadly, tonight we’re stuck in Vaughn’s purgatory. We waited almost an hour for a table. Then no waitress. “Sorry. The hostess forgot to tell your waitress. Still no service. Finally a salad. No silverware. Then a huge glass of ice water spilled on us. Moved to another (dry) table. Still no pizza. Other people served, eat, leave. Still no pizza. “The cook made yours wrong and is remade.” Still no pizza. “Is in the oven.” More people eat and leave.” Finally plates and pizza stand arrive. Maybe soon? 🙁

Omg. I wish I could give them a negative number. First walked in and floor was dirty then set at table with sticky something. Now I’m watching the cooks use their hands for everything. I even saw the lady use the pizza cutter to get a box down then used it on a pizza. Disgusting. Where is the health inspector.

We came here after a long time and totally enjoyed the experience. We got a craft beer, pizza slice, eggplant parmesan sub and salad. Ingredients were fresh and cooked fresh too. Sub tasted really yummy. Pizza crust was perfectly done. I would highly recommend this place and will come back sooner.

A hole in the wall In Flower Mound, this pizzeria serves up delicious calzones, pasta, and wings. If you have dietary needs, ie gluten intolerance, this is not the spot for you, but there is a gluten free crust on offer. There is a rotating option of craft beers and a few staple wine options. The service was a bit slow for us, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I’d go back. Give it a try!

Some beers listed not available due to broken cooler, lack of staff prevented outdoor seating on a beautiful night, menu was by QR code which was lying on the floor. Food was ok, sausage parm was bland but had good bread, calzone had good crust but meatballs were tasteless. Tomato sauce is good,not sweet.
