The employees make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them when you place an order and make them work. When we paid we were asked to pull up to the stop sign which I understand if they are making fresh fries or were really busy, which they weren’t, but when we started to eat the meal the burger, nuggets and fries looked old and the fries, which we were waiting on, looked even older. The burger, nuggets and fries that both of us had were cold and old. I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this store until they make some changes not only in customer service, meaning employees, but the food quality.

To be in such a great neighborhood this Burger King is HORRIBLE. It takes forever to get your food even if you are the only customer. They close the inside all the time and ask everyone in the drive-thru to pull up to the stop sign so they can fake their time it takes to complete an order. The entire staff is slow, clueless, and ghetto. The manager has zero leadership skills and acts just as loud, slow, and ghetto as the staff. They all need to be removed. I have been here dozens of times and sadly it never gets any better. Not one employee of this location cares at all about their job or the customers. I rarely write bad reviews but this place 100% deserves a one star review. The food is never right, it takes 30 mins to get your food, and they have no customer service skills. Do better! Do A LOT better!

So fast food is fast food. If you need the internet to tell you what Burger King is then just get back under your rock. This review is more for the Taco and the impossible whopper. I was pleasantly surprised with the taco, if you have ever had Jack in the Box tacos and miss them this one is very close and very tasty. This was for a mobile app order. I pulled up through the drive through and could already hear an irate customer in the lobby, always a good start to any visit. Food took approximately 20 minutes to receive it and lots of angry people waiting for food. Seems this location could use some better management. There were at least 2-3 workers standing around looking confused and unsure what to do with themselves when I initially pulled up to the window. At least the food was warm.
