I will start off by thinking the company for taking my recommendation on updating the store visit this location quite often since I live down the street as well as a visit other Dunkin’ Donuts branch as I do reviews on other locations this location I visit very often to see the employees work effort and to see their hospitality. I recommend the company to acknowledge the hard work that comes from this location. Also recommend the company to acknowledge Carrie hard work and hospitality as I walk into the location she greets me by my name. She is more than polite and very extremely helpful very kind would like the company to acknowledge. I will continue to visit this location as a visit other locations to do reviews.

I come in daily, as this location is close to my office. I order the same item, and daily I have to send it back to have it toasted. A grilled cheese with ham, every day it’s served to me not toasted and it’s never grilled (false advertisement) today I sent it back and the cook did so with attitude. After receiving my order the second time I left after being assured it was toasted. Only one side was when I finally opened the box to eat it. Guess a microwave has taken the place of actual talent preparing orders

I come here a lot. The staff is great, occasionally they have new people who need to learn. Don’t take it personally, this is a high turn-over industry so if you see the same person there for longer than 6 months know that they’re a capable, dedicated, and loyal individual. Also- watch out for the crazy dude who is always reading in the corner.

I did both mobile and order in house. The sandwich which is the photo was the sourdough double egg with bacon. It also had white cheddar cheese. This was for my son before his football game. He said the amount of cheese to egg was way off. It needed more cheese. (They lost the game)

KEEP YOUR HANDS AWAY FROM YOUR FACE WHEN WORKING WITH FOOD! The employee should not be touching their NOSE, then making my coffee. Then to have my coffee have a burnt taste, and find massive amounts of coffee grounds in the bottom, is absolutely disgusting. I’ve never been so disgusted. The fact that these franchise owners don’t care, nor do the corporate offices of these chains is disheartening. If you’re looking for a good Dunkin location, check out 460 King St is okay. If you’re willing to make the jaunt, 220 Great Road has friendly staff, and fresh coffee all the time. If you’re heading down 495 North, I’d say check out Haffners Dunkin’s at Boston Rd. You may have to wait a little bit, but the food is good quality.
