This is the only Lenny’s close to my site and sad to say they always disappoint me every time. I never get what I order when it comes to condiments. You shouldn’t be listening to me and still working on remembering the other person order. Look at my receipt and follow the condiments I want on my sub. It’s not hard. This location is black owned , yet they constantly argue about workers coming in or duties in general. Today 08/30 I go in a they completely screwed my order and lady in front of me order up. Nothing I wanted on my sub was on it and it just looks gross in there. My roast beef was old and had a smell so I probably won’t be back ever. Last time ever.

Bad customer service, I wouldn’t recommend anyone visit this location. Rude, arrogant, don’t have people skills, don’t care if you shop with them or not. Lenny’s, That’s what happens when you hire someone who doesn’t have respect for your customers or your business. So the guy with the raw skin cut out of his ears and the ponytail, is killing your, already dead business.

I stopped by the other day for a quick bite and there was no line, no wait. The employees were so nice and friendly. They made my sandwich so quickly and the sandwich was fresh like no other. Every ingredient was fresh, the tomatoes seemed like they came fresh from the garden- the turkey was good and the sandwich was so tasty. I truly was satisfied!

This location is under much needed renovation and new management and I frequent here often. Prices have gone up but you know you pay for what you want and I have no problem with that. The new management (Kayla) has apparently adopted the “the only way I can address and issue with your food is to bring it back” option. If my food was fixed correctly when I ordered it I wouldn’t have to call and complain! My Sandwich was the worst I’ve ever received. I called the store to let them know and was asked if I wanted to bring it back (after getting back to work) of course I said no and I was told well there’s nothing that I can do about it and told that they could give me 10 percent off my next visit and I politely told her no thank and I will not be coming back. How dare you treat me like I was lying or I did something wrong to you! I will not be patronizing this location anymore!

The two women that work there are beyond rude. They walk away multiple times while you order. There was also a guy in the store today that seemed to be an employee off the clock who was declining phone calls. They have the worst quality of food out of the multiple Lennys in Memphis. Do not ever come to this location. Every single time I come in here they are terrible. Terrible attitude, terrible manners and terrible food. This location should not even be open anymore. All the other Lennys are absolutely amazing. Go to the one on Poplar by the train tracks if you are in the area. They are so nice, fast, and just great people! Do not ever come to the Lennys on Spottswood.

I just love the customer service and the management at this restaurant. I live across town and always come to this location. Everything is great especially Philly cheese steak. The staff is always friendly and establishment is always clean. The manager Kevin always make sure food is fresh. Also if there is any concerns, Kevin will address them immediately. He goes above and beyond.

Lenny’s is amazing! All the employees are so friendly. They take your order accurately and a quick to fix up some delicious subs. The restaurant is always clean. There are plenty of tables. The bathrooms are always clean, too, so that is a plus to a mom of little ones. The only drawback is that they close super early most days.
