We took our entire baseball team along with parents and siblings to Nicolos this last Sunday after a long day in the sun. We actually took up almost every seat in the house! They only had young ladies waitressing, and they totally killed it! They worked their tails off and did an excellent job! The guys cooking in the back did an awesome job as well, putting out all the food in a timely manner, and the food was excellent as well! Great job to you all! I would definitely recommend Nicolos at Highlands Ranch Pkwy and University!

I placed an online order and of course, technology failed me when my order went through it didn’t add any of the toppings I had put. Nicolos was there for me and the customer service was top notch! They remade my pizza and made my night! I super appreciated it and the food tastes amazing. I would highly recommend Nicolo’s pizza and will be back! Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Thanks again.

Food was just okay even when made fresh. I had a vegetable pizza slice and it was pretty dry and could have used significantly more sauce. I like black olives but there were too many for my taste; they overpowered the other ingredients. It was $7.50 for the 1 slice which felt really overpriced for this quality, but at least it was a big slice.

Love Nicolos! Best pizza in town! The crust is so good! The new online ordering however is not an improvement. Only OG customers know the speciality pizza names (no description, list of ingredients) and you can’t customize them. I called immediately after placing my online order to remove feta from a pizza but sat on hold for 15 min and it was too late. Please improve your online ordering process.

We tried Nicolo’s after receiving a coupon in the mail. We are so glad we did. The pizza was outstanding. The EBA (basically a Supreme pizza) had loads of toppings, nice crust, and tasted great. The veggie pizza was similarly tasty. The large can easily feed 3-4 people. I picked up our order, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We are so glad we found this place. It will likely become our go to pizza place. We are looking forward to trying other dishes in the future.

oh hello
Jalapeno poppers weren’t spicy and the only kind of heat was from the lava cheese. I got an Italian sub or something like that and it was alright. Not too bad but would rather go somewhere else.

The service was great! The food, not so good, we ordered the $30 deep dish and the crust was cracker thin and the toppings were sparse. For $30 I could have ordered a really nice pizza almost anywhere else loaded with toppings. We had the Alfredo Chicken and the Ultimate Hawaiian.

Stopped in around 4:00 to get a pizza to take home for dinner. Ordered a 16in EBA, hand tossed. Nothing going on in the restaurant at that time, as far as I could tell this was the only order they had going at the moment (you can see the oven and prep area from the take-out counter). Took about 15 min. The pizza was TERRIBLE – over cooked, the sausage burnt, big clumps of olives in several places, and the cheese congealed from the over cooking. No flavor at all. How hard can it be to make one pizza when you are not busy? Plus they chop it up into about 30 small pieces, some of them just bite-size. My wife and I each ate just a couple of pieces when we got home to stop our immediate hunger and threw out the rest. A complete waste of $25. Won’t be going back.

We moved into the neighborhood about a year ago and found this place immediately. The pizza is great! Unfortunately, I accidentally tipped them too much on a pickup ($500 instead of $5) one time and even after I called and they confirmed they canceled the transaction and it would be refunded, the charge stuck and I had to dispute with my card company. 3 stars because the pizza is really good.
