If I want a real good pizza I go to donatos but today I got the pizza it was cold and I got a salad I asked for two dressings I got one and they forgot to bring my 2 l Coke I mean my two liter mountain dew but other than that I always eat their pizzas and their harvest salad is wonderful

Only time I ever have a bad experience at this place or any Donatos Is when I try to order from the Donatos app. That app is so broken – you’ll set it up for delivery and it’ll change it to pick up on you after you’ve already paid. Not to mention several other issues. They need to throw that program away and completely rebuild it. This particular Donatos store I have no problems with. The food is always piping hot and exactly what you ask for. Prices are not bad as well.

My pizza was burned extremely bad. The manager said that is how they all come out. I work at a pizza shop and I would never have served that to a customer. The TV next to the register shows what a pizza should look like not the burnt one I was served. I have to drive 20 minutes to get there because I love Donatos pizza so I drove all that way for nothing and spent $16.00 for a really bad pizza.
