I look forward to getting my Veterans day meal from this store and they’re closed. I wish they had left the video game store there because this store is rarely open. Took a trip to the Clayton GA store and they’re closed too! Are they just going to shut down the Little Caesars in the area? It seems like every time I go to get pizza Little Caesars is closed, and it’s a bummer because I really like their pizza.

I ordered six pizzas for my three-year-old‘s birthday party this order was placed at 9:55 AM through the online ordering app and was to be picked up at 1:30 PM the same day I did not receive any notifications saying that the order was going to be delayed and when showing up to pick up the pizzas the door was locked and it said that they were out of dough. That money has been taken off of my card and has not been refunded at this time even after calling and finally getting in touch with someone.

This is by far the worst little caesars pizza I have ever been to. They cannot get a simple order correct , they never have enough products in stock to complete working a full day of fulfilling orders. They do not offer or have condiments or extra cheese/ butter or napkins . They hardly ever answer The phones due to employees always outside hanging out with friends or smoking. The employees are rude and lack even the basic customer service skills. Completely rude while dealing with the customers. They also have refused to fix orders when they didn’t fulfill the order the way its Ment to be. . I will not be back to waste my time and this building needs to be closed down.

Usually the pizza from this location is very good and I’ve never had to wait but this last time I got a text saying my order was in the portal… So I go in and there is no pizza in portal, so i wait patiently for at least 10 mins before an employee even come up. Front and ask about my order … Ii told her and she went to the back to check … 20 mins later she came back but no pizza… Couple of customers came in and got tired of waiting. Again I ask her about my order.. she goes back in back again and I waited another 5 or 10 mins .. finally she comes back with my pizza. And on top of all that the pizza was old and cold

Placed an order online. When I arrived I wasn’t greeted, the manager looked right at me and proceeded to yell at an employee. Very unprofessional! We ordered a cheese pizza, bread sticks and the new pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust pizza. When I got home the cheese pizza was raw and I had to cook it more. I’m not sure if they ran out of stuffed crust dough or what but the center bottom of the pizza was just cheese. THERE WAS NO DOUGH UNDER THE CENTER! We just moved here and I can tell you I will never order from here again!

The manager Alex laughed in my face when I told him of the fraudulent charges to my account. He thought it was funny that my credit card was charged and I did not receive my order and stated the store is not responsible for taking my money without consent and also not providing product when paid for . He went further to state Door Dash is responsible for receiving my money not Little Caesar’s. He offered no resolution to my dissatisfaction nor any offer to refund my credit card. I reported fraud to my bank as both my discover card and bank card were charged. He also sounded like he was high on drugs. I hope the owner reads this survey as I am not done investigating this situation.

Hours of operation apparently do not apply to the Franklin, NC store. Multiple locals also stopped by to get pizza and were also met with the doors being locked, and no one answering the store’s phone during their hours of business. Management should definitely be looking into who was supposed to be working at the store on a Wednesday afternoon, but decided to instead close down 7 hours early.
