Damn…I recently visited Bojangles and tried their chicken sandwich and fries. While I had high hopes, my experience was rather mediocre. The chicken sandwich lacked the flavor and juiciness I was expecting. It felt somewhat dry, and the bun was slightly stale. Disappointingly, the fries were also underwhelming. They were lukewarm and lacked the crispy texture I prefer. I swear there was no salt. Overall, I found the meal to be average at best. It filled the hole but it really was a waste of space, calories and an appetite. 🙁

This was my first time at Bojangles. My husband and I went for lunch. The staff was friendly enough and the food was better than I expected. We shared a plate and the chicken breast was amazing! In my opinion, KFC ain’t got nothing on Bojangles. I loved it and we’ll definitely be back!!

It’s a must stop if you’re south of the Ohio River (Kentucky/ Tennessee) fired chicken with a touch of hot sauce between the skin and meat! The biscuits are pretty dang good too. Fast southern comfort food with a smile. The green beans are excellent as are the bo- rounds.

Horrible experience. Me abs some friends stopped by here to get food, and the macaroni was horrible along with mashed potatoes. The lady at the window went and got a manager simply because we asked for condiments as well.
