I am unsure what I have done to offend this establishment, as I have tried to bring them regular business,but everytime I have come in here the woman and sushi chef treat me horribly and ignore me and chose to argue with me about my order. I dont ask for complicated dishes, just gluten free soy sauce, and greet them with a smile. I have tried to shower them with kindness this last time because maybe they just had a bad experience with someone that looks like me. It did not work.They seem to only cater kindly to families and elderly. Which is nice, but are very judgmental of alternative or different looking people. Great for families but not great for anyone else. I have worked as a server and bartender most of my life, I always try to be understanding of their occupations difficulties. I really am in shock as to why I get borderline abuse when I go in. They were very hurtful. I will not be returning and will be sure to tell others to stay away..

I have been going to Dake for about 5 years now (they’ve been open for about 9 years). We went there on the recommendation of a trusted friend (otherwise, I would have never tried it because of the location – in a strip mall next to an exotic fish store). I am so glad that we did. IT WAS AMAZING, and it is our GO TO spot for sushi. They have a great variety, high quality sushi and the service is wonderful. We’ve recomended it to som many of our firends and they are never disappointed.

Sushi Dake is also a great place to dine in for sushi lovers. The sushi chef is polite and easy on the eyes and has a sense of humor.( Discovered on casual run-ins during work breaks or passing by). I always rate a sushi restaurant on its cut, presentation and quality of sashimi octopus. And unagi(eel) sauce;It’s one of my favorite dishes to order when ordering sushi. My sashimi was served with slivered lemons. I liked that.

Warm, comfortable environment even in the winter months! Fantastic service, excellent food. I had the California Roll and a salad. Tasty, hot sake served nice and at a great temperature! Delicious wasabi and a great vibe! Restaurant is extremely clean, organized and welcoming! Thank you!!
