Worst customer service. My order is never ready no matter how early I place it. Something is always missing. My fav McD is Frederick Ave in derwood. I order my coke no ice and an additional cup of just ice for $0.30. But this McDs you ask for ice only they act as if it’s their ice and they cannot give it up for $ 0.30. Upper management or owner was there. I ordered food and left came back about 15 min later to refill my cup the guy was very rude in saying I can’t bring a cup back in to refill. I asked why and he didn’t give an explanation. I would understand if he respectfully gave me a reason why a paying customer that was just there couldn’t get a refill that is free. But the service was wonderful.
