At first wasn’t too sure about the place being that we waited for almost 15 minutes before we even got our order taken for drinks and we were the only other table aside from a large family that were closing out . They Also didn’t have anything on the menu that involved chicken . Once we ordered , food came out fairly quickly , but the flavor , the flavor is what made up for it all !! We ordered the jibaritos, El bifon, and some beans and rice for our little one. Every . Single . Last . Bite . Was delicious and fresh and flavorful !! We also got a cheese and guayaba empanada that was warm and crunchy and just the right amount of sweet ! Our waiter seemed to be the only person working the front, he treated us well ! We’ll be coming back for sure !

The best puertorican restaurant in the southwest by far! My husband and I are both puertorican and very picky about our island food. We ordered the appetizer platter along with rice and gandules, pernil and Mofongo and the jibarito!! Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. 100% recommend this restaurant if you want to taste authentic puertorican cuisine. Thank you Natalie for your excellent service!

This is the best Puerto Rican food I have had in the south west of the USA. Maybe the best P.R. food ever. The pork and chicken fritura is crispy on the out side and moist on the inside. The pernil was made to perfection and the arroz con gandules was not stuck together but loose the way we like it in P.R.

We were in the mood for Puerto Rican food and found this spot. Omg this place was so delicious! We tried the appetizer that had a little bit of everything, then we ordered some of the plates our server recommended. Everything was flavorful and super delicious. We were so stuffed but the dessert looked too delicious to not try. Highly recommend.

Awesome Puerto Rican food. The restaurant was clean and the tables were spaced appropriately. Our server was wonderful and even offered an appetizer sampler while we reviewed the menu. I ordered a sandwich that looked more like a burrito. It was huge, stuffed with tender shredded beef and avocado. My friends ordered pernil served with rice with pigeon peas and the churifongo which was a skirt steak roulade filled with mofongo and served with a cilantro chimichuri. Each of us were pleasantly satisfied with our dishes and will definitely be back to try more.

This is the real deal for Puertorrican food. Absolutely tasty delish food. I went twice and all the dishes were on point, cooked to perfection every time. The desert and pastry selection was good and delicious. They also sell fresh hot puertorrican bread to carry out. The owners and servers were very friendly and attentive. I am so happy to stop in this restaurant during my visit to El Paso. Highly recommended!

We had the appetizer platter, an alcapurria, churrifongo and two desserts. All the fried food was excellent and freshly fried. Alcapurria was just as I remember in the food stands in Piñones. The tres leches was excellent. Topped with real whipped cream.
