My first time dining at Full Moon BBQ in Hoover, and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service but also the food was fantastic! Much better than what I expected. Great sports themed atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. The baked potato is HUGE.

I am a Regular at Full Moon BBQ. Have been for years. Love this place. The Alabama / aubun rivalry lives here year round, The Open face Pork Sandwich is the best deal in the place, large portions choice of sides. I like the big steak cut fries . Slap yo Mama Good Sweet Tea.

Everyone is super nice. Everytime i come it’s like I’m home. That coleslaw was not it. But they kindly replaced it.

Food was excellent! He had chopped pork, baked beans, corn on the cob and potato salad, he loved it all! I had chicken and ribs with fried green tomatoes and fries. The fried green tomatoes with their sauce was amazing!

Full Moon was recommended to me by my hotel desk clerk & it was a great place to dine clean, well-lit, friendly helpful staff & a varied menu I enjoyed the pork plate with squash casserole ( a little dry but still good) very good baked beans & their spicy chow-chow. Their 6 pack of chocolate chip cookies which have been written about in Southern Living was AWESOME AND excellent southern sweet tea which I truly love & can’t get in Oklahoma all-in-all a great dining experience if I ever return to Pelham, AL again I’ll be sure to stop in again!

We ate here last night for the first time. The loaded baker, potato salad, grilled cheese sandwich and black eyed peas were all very good. The cookies were also good. The staff was very friendly and they interacted with my 4 year old daughter. My daughter likes them. The layout and decor is typical for this chain. It is close to the Oak Mountain Amphitheatre.

There was a funky odor in the dining room. My husband’s order came out 10 minutes before mine so he had to choose to start eating without my having been served or sit there and let his own food get cold.

Dont EVER make an order to pick up, especially on a holiday! Made order by phone to the Full Moon in Pelham, Al on Pelham Parkway. Was told that it would be 30-45 minutes. Husband went to pick up order after almost an hour. They did not EVEN have record of order that I made by phone! They employees were very rude on top of that! So, if I could give it a ZERO rating, I would!!!

3 of 4 orders were wrong. All the meats had bab b que sauce poured all over them. Was with 2 people who did not like sauce. The manager was very kind and exchanged the order. However, we realized why all their meets come with sause……literally the worst bar b que in the country. Tasted like leather! Very disappointing.
