The food was great as also, but the young lady that took our order needs to be trained on how to talk to customer we are paying her salary. She needs to take several customer service class. I’m not sure if she the owner or what but that doesn’t matter. She talk as though she didn’t want to be at work. She’s not friendly at All.

There are not a lot of places to eat in Raymond and this place should be at the bottom of the list. Attitudes are very rude. They don’t ever thank you for your business. Used to have good service. Not anymore! I told the manager their service has gotten awful and she just smiled and made no comment. I have eaten at a lot of Penn’s and always received good service and good food. Today was my last trip to the Raymond location.

The food was very good. At first, the portions looked small, but it was plenty of food. I had the catfish and it was great. The only suggestion s I would have is improve the cleanliness of bathrooms and get rid of fake plants that only collect dust.

Good, hot, and fresh, it just wasnt enough, they weigh the servings, I dont like it. It appeared that the lady didnt weigh mine, she just threw a little on the plate and moved on. I only got 4 shrimp and 3 very small pieces of fish. It appeared to be 1 piece of fish cut into 3 pieces. That’s y I rarely eat it. Not enough food for the money and a drink did not come with my combo.

Just called the store and the person would not answer the questions we asked., then tried to place an order and was told they would not take orders over the phone, This person was very RUDE!!! I truly hope a manager or owner will see this post. Will not buy there again.

We ordered a chicken on the stick dinner and an extra chicken on the stick, it was HORRIBLE. The flour mixture was white and mushy throughout them which made the pickles look white. What a disappointment.

For what it was, it was a good enough little place to eat. nice country vibe if you’re into that. I guess my only complaint is that the food was a little greasy but with these sort of places that’s pretty much standard.
