I’ve been coming to Kazan steadily for about 2 years now, and it has been my favorite upscale noodle restaurants in LA. With their noodles made from scratch, you can taste the al dente-ness of each bite complimented with their unique approach of infusing truffle oil into their dishes. The #3 Creamy Fusion is my favorite go to dish, where each component is crafted to perfection. Too salty? Just ask for less sodium Too many onions? Just ask for less onions. Kazan accommodates gustatory palettes with ease and their polite and welcoming staff are no different. One slight drawback is the parking situation unless you want to find street parking on the busy boulevard. Although prices have increased on their dishes as well as valet parking, I still do plan on eating at Kazan.

This placed lived up to the hype for sure. We went here in a big group and did a family style meal so we could try most of the menu in one shot, and there wasn’t a single bite we didn’t absolutely love! We were big fans of the modern twist on their ramen and the Wagyu carpaccio was so good that kept ordering more. Highly recommend this place. Service was great too!

Fantastic Ramen place. The food is great; I just wish they had more vegetarian Ramen options but as of now there is only one. They have some vegetarian salads and appetizers though. They make their noodles fresh at the restaurant and you can see their noodle factory through windows which is neat. Indoors they have a few tables, and a bar. Outside they have a cute patio. Both have an enjoyable atmosphere. If you like Ramen don’t sleep on this place. It is a little pricey compared to others though but you can taste the quality.

Ordered ramen #4 with chicken. The chick meat was too sweet, and kind of dry for dark meat. The salad greens on top felt haphazardly thrown on. The texture of the thin noodles is good and goes well with the broth. But overall it was not worth the price for me. Way more better cheaper options in town.

Delicious Japanese ramen with their own handmade noodles. I won’t say this is your traditional tonkotsu, shoyu, or miso type ramen. Each of the soup have their own uniqueness.

I eat Ramen in almost every city I travel to and I was beyond excited to find a Ramen spot with a Michelin bid two years running. Very cool little spot where the noodles are made in-house and you are greeted with this the moment you step in Kazan. The service was great, environment was nice and the ramen speaks for its self. We ordered a few appetizers along with the Kaiten ramen and Ouka ramen with marinated eggs. Incredible! Also, a great Sake list too.

This was, hands down, the BEST ramen I’ve ever had!! I ordered the Kaiten ramen with tofu and had to order extra noodles because they were so delicious. I highly recommend getting the mochi (the flavors are Black Sesame, Green Tea and Cookies n’ Cream) for dessert — seriously unreal! The green tea was delicious, and the staff is so friendly and attentive. 11/10 dining experience, worth every penny. Will definitely come back again! 🙂
