Excellent food! 2 thumbs up for their fresh ingredients. Healthy and Delicious is a great combo. Very friendly yet professional service with a “can do” attitude. The staff was able to accommodate my preference and easily switched my sandwich fillings into a wrap. That showed a flexible mindset instead of being rigid with set preparations.

It was great 1st experience, very friendly and helpful. I did wait extra long time to get my meal, but it was due to someone not activating my beeper for food, so they prepared a new meal very quickly. Overall it’s a great place I enjoyed it.

We come here often and have yet to have a bad experience. This is a very family friendly restaurant. The menu has a ton to chose from… pizza, salad, burgers, hotdogs, sandwiches and delicious shakes. Everything is made to order and the ingredients are always fresh! They also have a point system to get discounts the more you come/ spend. This is a local must try!

I’ve lived in Chapel Hill/ Carrboro since 2013 and The Loop is easily the best upscale fast food spot. You could throw a dart blindfolded at their menu and you’ll still end up with something good. Burgers & fries are 10/10 and I always wish I had gone over board and gotten 2. GET EXTRA PICKLES! Staff is great. Manager Jason is awesome.

always a treat picking up my favorite pizza here! sometimes i’ll get a shake too. service is great and timely and Scott (I believe that’s his name) is always great to see and takes care of customers! the carts with dishes/cleaning supplies can get a little loud sometimes if you’re dining in, but that’s just part of business. great place for a tasty casual meal with others!

The service was excellent (friendly, prompt and knowledgeable). Even better was was the food: my walnut gorgonzola salad with chicken was one of the best I’ve ever had. It was fresh, smoke and tasty. The amount of dressing was perfect (not an easy balance to achieve). I’ll be back!
