I am a Moe’s fan. However, I will not be returning to this location. When we came in the store I didn’t hear the customary “welcome to Moe’s”. In fact, no one acknowledged or spoke to us for several minutes even though no one else was being helped. They were out of several of the types of meat, the olive, guacamole and lettuce trays were empty. It was not busy so no excuse for that. There was only one full tray at the salsa bar. I am used to seeing 6 different types at my normal location. The others were either missing or empty. This place is just poorly managed.

Food was filled with delicious flavor and would of been great overall if the rice was cooked better. It was dry and almost crunchy but not too bad. Really love the hot sauce they use. It has a nice kick to it. Due to Covid they have the salsa choices in small cups. No labels or signs though so you either have to guess or ask which is what. Unfortunately, I didn’t ask and just assumed it would be good. The first one I really didn’t like but the second one was pretty good. As far as drink, I went with diet ginger ale and sadly found out later my drink choice was low on syrup. Should of done a taste test before departing but didn’t think of it at the time. Also, staff members seemed unpleasant and were not friendly at all. I don’t want to go in much detail about it because I am not looking to get anyone in trouble.

First and last time I’ll eat here. Too much salt it’s overwhelming. Literally can’t taste anything in my burrito other than salt. Place was filthy. Rice was crunchy and clumped together. The food is cold and not edible. We threw it all away. Complete waste of money. Shut this location down. (I used to work at Moe’s back in the day and our location wasn’t like this)

I’ve been dining at Moe’s for over a decade. It seems over the years the staff friendliness and food quality has sadly declined. Tonight’s experience has made up my mind not to eat at Moe’s anymore. I am not a picky eater by any means. The cilantro rice was brown and under cooked and crunchy. The steak in my burrito was dry, the chips (which I had to go back for because they didn’t give me any) was stale. You can tell they reheated it because it dripping with oil and the paper bag was soaked through. The Salsa Verde,which I absolutely use to love was not green but also brown. I remember walking through the door and the entire staff would greet you with their slogan “Welcome to Moe’s”. Now you barely get a hearted murmur. I gave them two stars simply because I did enjoy eating here for many years. The fried jalapeños was a nice new touch but I’m afraid it’s not enough to win me back over. Musicians, Outlaws and Entertainers and Mr. Sprock III would be disappointed!

Honestly most times were good. But I finally had a bad one. Be careful people double check your bank acct after purchases. The employees may be taking more for tips than you said. An not show on ur receipt only in ur bank acct.
