Every time I’ve come here in the last month, I’ve been turned away by either a locked door (during their normal operating hours with a giant sign saying “dinning room open”) or by the person at the drive through stating their services are down. I’ve tried to go 4 times and it seems this place is so poorly managed that they can’t even bother to put up signs that their lobby is closed, update Google that they actually aren’t open, or have a system that works to order food. And if their system really is always down, why havent they fixed it after turning away so many people’s business? I don’t understand how they are making money being closed all the time, at very random intervals. It makes the owners of this location look very bad and it makes it hard to ever want to try to come here again.

Sat in the line though our FULL lunch break, not only for them to give us the ENTIRELY wrong order—but also charged us for the wrong order. The person ahead of us in line got tired of waiting and left. So they charged us for their $26 order, instead of $12. Just wanted the Waygu burger and fries. They gave us some basic hamburger and then charged us for 4 roast beef sandwiches. 0/10 do not recommend. 🙁

When they are open food is great. It’s hit and miss after 6 pm on service. Even though the site says open til 10 pm. I’ve driven by @7pm multiple times seeing chairs in tables inside and waiting at the order box up to 10 min for someone to take order.

This place has steadily gone downhill since covid. Their “servers are down” several times a week, other times they close early because of staffing problems. Funny, because taco time and Wendy’s have good crews and plenty of employees.

I’m super disappointed with the food that we ordered yesterday via drive thru. I have been wanting Arby’s for so long and every time I’ve gone to this establishment I’ve been disappointed. The first time via drive thru we were told that there wasn’t enough roast beef for a double or half pound combo, so we left. The next time I tried to go, it was closed before it was scheduled to. They say third time’s a charm, but not in my case. When we pulled up, there was a sheet of paper that said they closed early due to management issues. That’s when I should’ve ran but I didn’t. We ordered a buffalo chicken combo and a half pound combo… The Buffalo chicken sandwich was drenched in sauce. The fries had to of been on standby for some time. They were hardened and lukewarm. The half pound was soak and wet! The box it came in fell apart, along with the bag that my food came in I ordered curly fries and received a mixture of curly and crinkle. I couldn’t even eat the sandwich. It was a hot, soggy mess! To top my entire experience off, the lemonade needed to be changed over, so I pretty much paid for flavored water. I almost forgot. When we asked for a receipt, we were told that the receipt machine was broken. Super sad way to treat people, Arby’s. You can do better than this! Please fix this!

Eat here quite often. Food is decent when you get what you pay for. In the drive through I Have received other people’s orders, half the time you don’t get au jus when order French dips which is extremely disappointing (Happens half the time). We still eat here 2-3 times a month but please for the love of god, don’t forget the au jus.

What a bunch of lazy slugs. There is a large sign in the window saying “ Dining Room now Open” but the employees opt not to open. I look in and there are 2 employees sitting at a table doing nothing who reposition themselves when they spot me looking at them. Clearly the management of this location is criminally neglecting it’s responsibility to the owners. I came by on a Sunday morning an hour after they supposedly opened.
