Terrible customer. Service mAde my pizza there own way then when I tried to get a refund or re made they said no because it was a call not made through them and through the Philippines ??? We’re in Cincinnati also I ordered a chicken Alfredo bread multiple times and almost every time it was half cooked and had to be remade they need a whole new crew there just rude and snappy and don’t even do there job correct made up a lie to not do the job you chose to do

I’m giving five stars cause everyone I’ve encountered so far has been really lovely, I don’t have a bad thing to say about the food, it’s always fresh and delicious. The only thing I have to say is about the driver who delivered our food last time. It was my first time meeting him so I guess he’s new, but he was incredibly aggressive and went off on me because I payed and tipped with my card instead of having cash. The whole thing started because I was doing laundry and was short a quarter. I asked if he by chance had one cause my clothes were wet in the washer, I wasn’t going to be mad if he said no, I completely understand it’s unorthodox and out of the blue, I shouldn’t have asked him and that’s on me. I just don’t know why he felt the need to take his frustration about tips out on me. As a woman, being alone with an angry man can be kinda scary and this definitely freaked me out.

I went to Dominos on Beechmont Ave in Mt Washington to get boneless wings, DM didn’t wash his hands after touching the register and other items, I asked him nicely if he can please make me fresh wings, he asked why and I said because you didn’t wash your hands, he tol me he’s canceling my order and to leave! I the Black employee said he would make me a fresh one but the White DM yelled at him, told him no because it’s his store, and he said no! This happened on 7/22/23! I will let everyone know how he will not was his hand and said they are not required to wash hands!

Would not recommend choosing this location. On numerous attempts, the pizzas have either not had hardly any pizza sauce and/or garlic butter. It’s almost as though you are just eating cheese/crust. Chicken toppings usually amount to 1-2 pieces per slice. On several occasions we have gone in to pick up our order (their website said it was ready) only up be told it isn’t ready yet, even though it appears to be sitting in their holding area. We asked the employee if it was our order, only to be told “no it isn’t out”. However, 5-6 minutes go by only to be handed the pizza that was sitting their the entire time. Have attempted to speak with manager only to have her use a subordinate to speak for her. They refuse to correct the issue/mistake. Customer service is very lacking. Instead of telling me to give them another chance, maybe they should have remade the order and delivered it. Do not visit this location!

Placed a 2 large pizza 3 topping order, for curbside delivery. when I returned home, one pizza was right (yea 50%) and other only had one topping. missing mushrooms and bacon. I called the store to let her know, she said I can drive 4.5 miles back and she will replace it. then the call went down hill from there. Customer service has taken a Hugh leap back in time.

I have ordered from this location in Mt Washington multiple of times, and this is the first time that I can say everything was excellent, the customer service was GREAT and the food was Amazing!!!
