Really good barbecue great sides friendly service wait your own table style. Will definitely be back for more. I encourage you to try the sampler platter. They’re brisket absolutely melts in your mouth but the ribs are also very good and so is the pulled pork did not try the turkey.

Whenever I’m passing through, it’s a must to stop in! Great food, friendly staff, great pricing. One time we were in a group, all from Canada down for the Lost in the 50’s show and they gave us an area and put on the Oilers game for us to watch. 10/10 recommend. Also, I want that wide front John Deere B you guys have as a display piece!

Outstanding BBQ. The smoked turkey is “fork tender”, juicy and delicious. The Chopped Pork sandwich is a perfect blend of tangy and sweet and the pickled jalapeños add a nice level of spice and make this one of the most delicious barbecued pork sandwiches I have ever eaten. The burgers here are also excellent! There are plenty of sides to choose from, but the potato salad is particularly good, just like mom used to make. The menu offers a nice selection with good portions and prices are reasonable. This is a “counter service” style establishment, but ordering is easy and the food preparation is quick with friendly staff. If you’re in Sandpoint/Ponderay, definitely stop here.

Our experience here was disappointing. We were staying at the hotel next door and walked over. We were immediately greeted with attitude from the server behind the bar but tried to ignore that. The bad attitude and poor service continued for our entire meal. Then… while my party and another table of gentlemen were still eating, they turned out the lights on us. It was after closing but both parties were still eating! The lights were off and no one was around so we all eventually got up and cleared our tables and left. Someone finally came out as we were all walking out.

We ordered the brisket fries, mac n’ cheese, and the huckleberry lemonade, and they were good! This was our first time here so I’m glad the gal behind the counter explained where to get everything. Total was about $50 for us two.

Just got done with a day of disappointment since everything shuts down early in the middle of the week, but we took a chance in Farmhouse and we’re blown away by every aspect. 5 stars for the service, the space itself, the food, and the best huckleberry lemonade we’ve ever had…prices aren’t outrageous and you would never expect such a gem of a BBQ spot this far north. We are from Boise and this place exceeds just about anywhere we’re eaten down there…go give this place all your money! You won’t regret it!
