We visited here after finishing Soos creek trail nearby. We ordered General Tao’s Chicken and a Bento box. I payed with my card and noticed there is no way to custom tip. Only 0, 15 and so on. The restaurant was almost self service. The lady at the counter was courteous. The food was very tasty but quantity could have been more. General Taos Chicken was a bit sweet but not overwhelming. Bento box had good variety. Chicken Teriyaki in the bento box could have had more sauce.

We ordered our take out by phone using their website menu. We arrived 25 minutes later to find what they charge you is not what their prices are on “Their” website. The employee denied that it was their website. The address is correct for the business, the name is correct, the phone number is correct but their prices are not. You can expect to pay 25% to 50% higher for your order than what is reflected on the website.

Highly recommend this restaurant. Went in checked it out clean as always. Customer service given by Alex was outstanding. Everything we asked for we got. Food came out fast. Got home opened it smelled good the food looked amazingly fresh. The plates were huge. Flavor was on point and cooked thoroughly. Finished only half a plate and got full have a whole half left over for dinner. Prices were alittle high but so worth every bite.

Been going here for year with my dad. And the man at the counter is usually nice. But I don’t know what it was, this time around he was not so pleasant. I went to order the same thing I usually do, and he said they were out of it. So me already having my mind set to what I wanted tried to take a little time to find something else on the menu. In that instant he started to bang his pen on the counter, flipping it in the air, sighing as loudly as he could. You could just tell he was irritated with me. And it completely ruined the experience with me. I ended up just ordering an appetizer. I felt pretty upset at the fact that I was treated like that. Especially with how often we come.

Great customer service! Delicious food. Only took 20mins for my meal to be ready- & this way I know it’s gonna be fresh. Very busy, but worth it! There were eight Order-Ahead meals ready for pickup while I waited, & the orders kept coming in. One of my favorite places to eat when I’m in Covington.

Place closes at 9pm we showed about 830 that is the worst time you can go lady was VERY rude I will not be back here food was ok meat was very chewy could have cooked longer. But customer service was terrible I do not recommend this place at all! Thumbs down for sure!

I wish that I could give this restaurant 0 stars. They are supposedly open until 9 pm. I attempted to call them at 8:30 to place an order, but no one answered the phone. I was nearby so I just drove there. There were 2 cars parked in front, both of whom came out with their orders as I pulled up. I parked, at 8:35, but before I could get out of the car, the person inside turned off the lights. And he had to have known I was there as my headlights were shining right at him. There was also another car there that pulled in just after I did, so he can’t claim that they weren’t busy. This occurred on Tuesday March 22, 2023. I live in Covington and used to frequent this restaurant. I will no longer give them my business.
