Building was run down the food 6 years ago was better. The chicken I had was old a cold the #1 and we ordered 2 #3 chicken tender meals they were luck warm but on the cold side the fries were cold on all 3 meals. It’s sad because I love the chicken I even drive out of my way to eat it and this trip from Branson mo were we don’t even have one made me sad to tell people that your food us to be very good but this time it wasn’t

The only reason I gave them a 1 is because I couldn’t give them a “ZERO”. I ordered a family pack online & was given a time to pickup the order. When I got there not only was the order not ready they acted as if they had no clue. Fortunate for me I printed the conformation & had it with me to show them. They acted as if they didn’t understand what I was talking about & as if I was lying. The guy whom I assumed was the manager(he never identified himself) insisted that I give my phone # before he would fill my order. After about a 20minute wait I got my order. I WILL NEVER PUT MYSELF THROUGH THAT AGAIN!!!

First time eating at a Church’s. The food was good. Good enough where I could see eating at a Church’s again. It took a bit to be recognized while standing at the counter and the dining area could use some cleaning. Nothing terrible, but I could tell that dine in was not their priority.

The chicken itself I have no complaints about. I eat there on average about 2 times a month. However going after 5 pm to this location can get pretty sketchy. The last time I went inside there was someone begging at the cash register. That’s right…inside the store. As people were getting their change back , some dude standing there was harassing them for ‘spare change’. I paid with a card and left in a hurry.
