Nice people in there. Very relaxed atmosphere. Get your own coffee and soda refills. Breakfast was ok. Lunch was good. Pancakes were very dense. 3 pancakes is probably enough for 4 people.

If you’re looking for a place where everyone is welcome then Blue Rose cafe is your spot! I found this place on Yelp and decided to check it out. It’s off the beaten path in an industrial area so most wouldn’t know it exists. When we arrived the place was empty but it soon got busier towards lunch time. We were greeted as if we were regular customers. Our server explained that they were still serving breakfast and promptly too our drink orders.

One of the best creative, southern, hearty menu’s in the city. Delicious daily specials every day, unique deserts including keto options. Polite, attentive staff and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended for a comfortable lunch spot.

If I were to say this establishment is a hidden gem it would be a definite understatement. If you want a place that is extremely welcoming with amazing food and people you will find it here. The employees are extremely friendly and will treat you like family. The people who visit once find themselves being drawn back and there is plenty of casual conversation going on with all the other customers who all seemed just as warm as the restaurant is. With all these benefits I hope that I see you there and we can have chat I promise you won’t regret it.

Friendly environment where everybody knows your name. Delicious food (you gotta try those white beans) and pies and cakes that will make you slap yo momma. Plus they have a great home delivery service for people like me who absolutely do not cook.
