In drive thru for over 45 minutes. All employees were standing around chatting without a car in the world. The ladies at the window were talking poorly about customers, other employees and the beer they spilled in their cars over the weekend.

If I drive somewhere during operating hours, I expect the doors to be unlocked. They are still serving the drive though, but not every vehicle fits. I want my gas money back taco bell. This is no way to operate a business.

I will say the who ever the store manager is shouldn’t let new people close on their own. Especially when two of the cooks have been here for two days and the lady that was taking orders been here for three days. My mobile order was missing from the system, and the staff was very helpful. The manager recognized my frustration and went out of his way to make sure my large order was made quickly even though the mistake was most likely mine. Best customer service I’ve ever had at taco bell

This location can’t seem to get it together. Not only are they the slowest “fast food” you will encounter, you will be missing food EVERY SINGLE TIME, the cashiers can’t count correctly for change, and lack basic communication skills like telling you to proceed to the window after placing your order. I’d recommend just keep driving until you find a different location. This place sucks.

This is how much ‘steak’ your additional $.80 on a chalupa gets you. Service is one star because the only thing they did was give me my food that I ordered from the kiosk. Atmosphere is 5 stars because at 12:15PM there were only 2 other tables being used. I paid for the food, I ate the food, I will no longer support this franchise location though.

Best experience I’ve had at a fast food place in literally a couple years. We had a long day at a graduation party out of town and on the way home we were all starving. HUNTER and his crew took our order to perfection and were very nice and food was perfect!!!!!! I literally can’t remember a time I was so impressed by taco bell! HUNTER Thank You!
