Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. We went to get root beer floats, and those were fine. The experience getting them, as well as being in the restaurant were awful. We waited for about 5 minutes before anyone came to the counter. The floor and the tables were filthy. Crumbs and spots everywhere. The employees seemed to be too busy talking to each other to bother cleaning. The floats themselves were fine. After we sat down, the employees began yelling at each other about some gossip they had been discussing. Do yourself a favor, and go anywhere else but here.

Not a bad place for a quick bite. The corndog felt and tasted as if it were freezer burnt, but it was fine for a quick eat. The fries, were absolutely exquisite. The freshness, the cut, the taste and the crispiness. The fries were absolutely perfect, but make sure you add salt, because it doesn’t come with salt. haha.

Had a really great experience here taking the kids for lunch. The staff, despite being understaffed, were very accommodating and nice to us. The kids loved the food and the prices were so much better than any of these other fast food joints. McDonald’s is slicker, but this was the superior experience. Also, the portions were much more generous for the price than other fast food places.

The service is the worst I’ve ever experienced. I went in and bought 3 cheeseburgers, large fry and an onion ring. The manager told me I’m allowed 3 fry sauces and after that I’d be charged 30 cents each. Which is fine but when I got my bag I only had two so I went up and asked for one more. The manager accused me of lying and said “I put 3 in there”. I told her I wouldn’t lie about a fry sauce, she physically walked over to my table and went through my bags to make sure I didn’t have 3. I will never go back to this location again.

Just your typical Arctic Circle. Apparently it takes them 10 minutes to fry up anything bigger than fries… so don’t get those. A little pricey for the okay food you get.

The customer service was good. There was one lady in particular that was very sweet to me and my little ones. However the inside was disgusting. I’ve never been a germaphobe in my life, but walking through that place was nasty. The floors were sticky and covered in crumbs, the tables were disgusting and looked like they hadn’t been wiped down all day and the play ground was too dirty for me to feel comfortable letting my kids on it and they both had baths right when we got home. It isn’t safe and kids could get very sick in conditions like that. If you’re just going to get a quick meal then it’s fine but kids should not be let loose to play in that kids area. It needs a health inspection asap.

I like to give a big shout out to the Arctic circle up here in draper. I came in today about 4:00 and was really underside on what shake I should get. Great luck! I bumped into a person that had great expertise and making shakes and they gave me a concoction. That was great. Four stars all the way and I really appreciate it

I come here frequently for shakes. They’re pretty good. But today…holy cats, the shake was runny, the banana was in about 5 chunks (not blended in) and the stringy part from the banana was in the shake….ewwww… In about 2″ sections! Yuck! Plus, the large fry looked like a small fry … I’d hate to see what their small fry looks like. It was gone before I even got started. I don’t think I’ll ever be back … too bad of an experience, life is too short to have that experience again, plus it cost $13!

this place needs some serious help. i don’t know what’s happened, if it was the change in management or whatnot, but this place used to be so good a couple years ago and now it’s just awful. the food is gross and tastes like it’s been sitting for hours, the lobby is always filthy, along with the bathrooms. tables always have crumbs on them, it looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped in days and their trashes are always overflowing, especially towards the end of the night. behind the counter looks disgusting, the shake mixer had layers of ice cream caked on it and the shake counter looked as though it hadn’t been wiped down for a minute and ice cream was dripping down the front of the counters. the last time i came here i got one of their chocolate toppers and my little sister got a cheesecake shake. when i tell you that my ice cream tasted sour, i mean it tasted SOUR like i took one bite of my ice cream and about gagged, ice cream should not be tasting sour. on top of that my sisters shake also tasted funny, im not sure if it’s cause of the ice cream or somethings wrong with their cheesecake but i will never be coming back. if i could give it zero stars i would

How is the chocolate soft serve that good?? Ridiculously creamy. The kids loved the flavor burst swirly cones. The chicken rings and mini corn dogs are kids favorites. I enjoy the taco salad and halibut…the staff here was excellent in their service. Thanks for a great experience!
