Let’s take a moment to thank the locations around the country that actually care about serving people the right way. This visit was the opposite of that. Ordered the 16 pc family meal with 4 large sides. After handing my food all smashed into one bag, I proceeded to leave. I check it out in the parking lot before leaving. WOW! Biscuits smashed, box falling apart, and I got 2 small scoops of potatoes and two scoops of Mac. The container of fries is enough to feed 4. I take my bag back inside. One of the shift managers in a black shirt walked past and rudely told his employee to take care of the front. Didn’t even acknowledge me. The employee asked what was wrong, and I showed him. He asked the other shift manager to help. I explained and showed the other one my food and how the containers were not filled properly. They dismissed my explanation by saying that they are supposed to fill to the line….. see photos! I pled my case, and they agreed the potatoes were not proper, but the Mac touched the lid so they won’t give more. See photos. ***Public announcement*** stay in school, learn geometry, volume, and spacial understanding. Also, after tossing me a “full” mashed potatoes, they walked away grumpily. Attitude will determine your altitude. Now, I’m running solely on general principal to fix what is wrong in this community. Some of it is related to a lack of give a $hi! Lastly, maybe you should care about how you present yourself. Be clean and courteous, and if you don’t want to be employed…. go somewhere that allows this kind of behavior. At this point…. I recommend that nobody return to our KFCs until the upper management and owner respond by caring more about who represents their restaurants.

Got drive through bucket tenders meal. When we finally got to eat it, wrong order entirely. Called and they didn’t care whatsoever. Luckily we don’t live near here. Not worth the time in drive through to get the wrong order. Food was good quality, service sucked. Guy at window definitely got the order right when he took it. Maybe drive through is too complicated?

Was in an RV and the staff let us come in and order. Everyone was nice, helpful and the chicken was amazing especially with it being almost closing time. Tasted like they just cooked it. Been a while since I’ve had chicken that good!

My son decided to treat my hubby and I to dinner, buying us chicken pot pies and tenders for himself. The pies were advertised at 5.99 each and tenders 12.99…He was charged 9.99 for each pie each and 24.00 for the tenders. When he attempted to pointed out the discrepency he was pretty much told him oh well. My issue with this whole thing is the fact that the prices are one thing on their sign outside and web menu and another in the store! At the very least correct your pricing so they match online and in the store!

Went through the drive through and they forgot the fries, biscuit, and sauce for the meal. Came back and waited over 20 minutes for said items. Fries take 2-3 minutes in the fryer. Manager offered a slice of cake. Forgetting twice is pretty ridiculous. Waiting over x4 the time it takes to make an item is ridiculous, after it was missed the first time. Bad customer service.

The food was all fresh & flavorful tonight! The staff was courteous and friendly & the dining room was clean. We liked all the new options and just had an overall good experience for dinner tonight. Thank you KFC crew.

If you want a horrible experience because they’re sold out of what you want but the app doesn’t indicate that and lets you order, and when you ask for a refund they can’t help or are too incompetent to figure it out so you have to call corporate and wait on hold for 30 mins, then by all means, have fun!
