Very unsanitary place 1 women working the drive through was wearing gloves and when asked her about it she said it’s because she was handling food and asked her why the rest of the staff actually handling food wasn’t wearing them and she told everyone else in the kitchen they need to get them on but they completely ignored her and they was wipingtheir hands so over their clothes and kept grabbingfood and making sandwichesand everything. 1 guy that came in helping he put gloves on. The old lady at the front counter was very rude and unprofessional. The Coke machine didn’t work. They couldn’t even make a bacon burger, and when the food came, it was messed up, and they didn’t even add bacon. They just gave my son bacon to put on it.

We are a large family and I took all the kids for a fun lunch at Wendy’s by myself. Two men were there one started taking pictures of my kids without my permission. I’m not sure of their intent but who in there right mind takes pictures of peoples children without their permission? Anyway… I asked the Wendy’s for help because I was uncomfortable. THEY DID NOTHING. So I canceled the ordered, loaded up the kids without their lunch and headed out. Not only did they not provide a safe environment it took two weeks to get my $90 refunded! We canceled immediately after ordering no food had been made. Someone should’ve at the VERY LEAST walked us to the car and made sure we were all safe.

I found something open until 1AM so I thought I was good. Wrong! Wrong! Mobile ordered it, cool 5 cars ahead of me not trippin it’s late, I wait what seems like forever, but it’s late, I get to my turn and my salad, chicken part takes 5 mins took cook, soooo that whole time after you got my order and I waited 5/10 mins you knew the chicken took time to cook you waited until I got to the window to tell me that instead of having it done already? 2 I wait 12 mins and you told me it would be 5, 3rd, my salad comes with Blue Cheese crumbles, my salad doesn’t have ANY. Ordered door dash from this location, worst location EVER!! I ordered a single pretzel bacon pub burger and got a burnt patty with 1 slice of cheese, no pretzel bun, dry. Literally all that was on the bun. I also ordered the chicken Asiago sandwich, they sent a regular chicken sandwich. The chicken was so hard you couldn’t even bite into it. I ordered 2 chocolate frosty’s and 1 vanilla, received 3 vanilla. Should have had 4 drinks in total, received 3. I have never received a correct order from this location and will NEVER return or order from here again. Thankfully, door dash refunded my money. If I knew how to add a picture of this sad disgusting looking “burger” I would.

Very very slow service, most times issues with card machine, by the time you get order coke is water downed and food is cold. For being on the east side of Odessa in the very nicer area of town you’d think the service would be better than what it is.

I’ve have eaten at this particular Wendy’s multiple times and have always had a great experience. The staff is lovely and incredibly upbeat. My food has always been prepared right and has never been cold or subpar. Swing by for a great experience!
