It looks and feels like a Jimmy John’s but the service and food quality are severely lacking from JJ standards. I’d rather run up the road to the Johnston location where my order is always fresh and fast. I order the same sandwich every time and they either don’t read the special request or just don’t know how to make a simple sandwich.

Gave it a few tries cuz it’s close to my home, but I will not be coming back to this location, staff is rude, and every time, I’m talking every single time I order a turkey tom they forget the tomato, seriously?? It’s in the name, how hard can it be? Staff seriously needs retraining or replaced if they make this error repeatedly.

This is the WORST Jimmy johns. About a year ago my husband and I ordered from this store at 5:45 . Our food did not come until 8 and when it did it was WRONG. 2 hours and our order was incorrect. When our food finally got here the delivery driver had 4 other people in her car, and when she delivered the food she was in an “outfit”.

SSSSLLLOOOOOOWWWW. Several times now I have tried to order ahead of my scheduled lunch hour for delivery and all those times they have taken too long and I end up not being able to eat. Don’t expect a fast delivery from this store. Will not order delivery from here ever again.

Don’t get me wrong – the sandwich tasted fine. Jimmy John’s is a great place to eat. The problem is that we order one sandwich for delivery last night and it took 2 minutes shy of 2 hours to get it to the door. If I would have known there was going to be an issue, I would have gone myself. Not sure what is going on, but I believe it may be the delivery driver or lack of drivers. Not our problem though and we should be reimbursed for the issue.

Don’t order delivery from here, you can go to the grocery store, make and serve a 5 course meal, and your food will still be sitting at the store. Terribly slow. Especially on weekends.

If you’re thinking of the freaky fast delivery that is so well advertised by Jimmy John’s, think again. I live less than 2 miles from this location and it took an hour from when I ordered and the order was received at the store to be acknowledged as our for delivery. It has been almost an hour and a half and I am still waiting for my delivery- if this location can’t provide this service then don’t offer it.

Love this place!! I go there once in awhile, sandwiches are always great and fast. But, on my way home from work everyday at exactly 9:35 PM this place is weirdly busy, and I mean WEIRDLY busy. like, PACKED full of people. Don’t think I could fit in there if I tried (I’m an average sized dude, btw). Sounds weird but another thing to note, the “people” inside of the shop all look like they don’t have eyes. I don’t mean like, blind or whatever..Just no eyes. Only holes. Really FREAKY..rather than “FREAKY FAST”. Guess it’s not a huge deal, just want to know what’s up with that. For sure going back for my #10 no tomatoes, though!
