It was a truck stop Arby’s… The atmosphere is right out of the window. Sitting and eating while the loudspeaker blares the next shower is available and for ‘professional drivers to move their trucks after fueling’. I love Arby’s and would go back again when I travel that way.

Great customer service… Very friendly and upbeat…. Fries were ok… The buns were completely old and stale and hard… Not edible…. On one sandwich the meat was ok… The second sandwich it was like the meat was set out and microwaved… The lemonade was delicious though…. Three stars because of the great employees

I Ordered a number 1 half lb combo, (my usual) from Arbies. I don’t like to complain, but I have a minor one. My krinkle cut fries were stale and chewy. One tiny drop of cheese mostly in the sandwich container rather then on the sandwich. Way to much red ranch. Maybe they tried to make up for the lack of cheese by smothering it with the ranch. Half my sandwich was soaked and falling apart. You can do better

Old fries being served…. cashier was new but very friendly….remainder of employees Unfriendly and unprofessional. If you’re gonna charge more for food, it doesn’t take much effort to ensure fresh food is served and service with a smile…if you hate your job, get another one!
