I have been going to Palermo‘s for 35 years. I went to 36 street for probably 30 of those years until their service and food quality just went right down the toilet. I switched over to Prairie Parkway and they were OK for a while, but too often, my order was not ready when I got there and had to wait 10 or 15 minutes for it to come out of the oven lately, I have called a few times and nobody even answers the phone, and this is usually around 430 to 530 at night when they shouldn’t be that busy. I just end up going to Chinese instead. It’s a shame because all it takes is a few bad experiences to completely turn somebody else off. I’m currently looking for another place to buy my pizza.

I’m from out of town, order their pizza because it was close. Ordered threw grubhub. Aaaaaaand the pizza never showed, called Palermo and they said they didn’t know what happened they just signed with GrubHub, so the manager made a fresh one and delivered it himself to the hotel. And it’s delicious

Nothing is worse than when the pizza arrives with most of the topping stuck to the roof of the box. Except maybe when The delivery guy just leaves the pizza with a random person working the door at the building I work at instead of bringing it to the door I asked them to. Extremely unsafe delivery I wouldn’t advise anyone order from here. I certainly won’t be anymore.

I love the pizza. It is really good. We order the deluxe pizza large so good. Cut into a lot of pieces. We also ordered the bread bites. Came with dipping sauce. Nice and buttery with Parm on top. Worth every penny.

Last night my wife ordered a medium pizza the same she always orders from Palermo’s we’ve always have been VERY happy but the one we got was thin crust burnt all the way around not even 50% of the toppings peperoni and sausage some slices didn’t even have sausage and the cheese was VERY thin and to top it off the price went up around $4.00 so after delivery tip it was $25.50 for a pizza barely worth $8.00.If this is your new way of making what was a great pizza we’re done buying from you.
