So I just left this restaurant order 5 beefy melt burritos so happy because I’ve been planning my morning around these burritos bite into it and something is off take a 2nd bite notice the rice and chips are missing no biggie I’ll just return so they can fix it right??? Nope. I called a total of 4times the 1st times it ring until a weird noise could be heard and simply hung up itself. 2nd and 3rd time it magically goes to busy line. 4th time someone answer only for me to explain the issue rather placing myself on hold she can be heard asking the cook about it now the cook swears they placed everything because I can hear this I respond that I can bring it to prove my case this lady decides to be so unprofessional and hang up. I politely came back and return those items. It’s the ugly characters of the employees that let’s me know I’ll drive all the way to Jupiter taco for quality service with quality food then every step foot or waste my gas nor money Rools. L and the rest of the crew. Not even a apology from the manager who did the refund. Not one ounce of compassion let alone care for the situation. Truly need training on customers service

Came here tonight 3-26-23 around 9:30 I order a medium Pepsi and 2 soft tacos. Got to the window a Spanish male manager had took my order and didn’t even speak . Then a guy tells him I don’t know if the Pepsi is good you have to check! Manager shrugged his shoulders and said I don’t care .. I looked and said to him I don’t want it no more . He replied “oh well ..what else u want “ let me tell you something I worked as a manager in a fast food and service is always #1 . If he doesn’t like what he does then he shouldn’t have applied to Taco Bell .I still haven’t eaten my tacos yet and iam very disgusted with my service tonight

Service forever sucks ! I’ve been here multiple times hoping the will just get it together . So I guess it’s my fault ! But I won’t take accountability for the employees mess up! I tried to return the food literally soon as I got it and no one wanted to fix my order. Whole time I never asked for a refund . So , here we are and they cannot fix it for me so yeaaaa no more service.
