In the event that you get what you actually ordered, the food is pretty good. The little girl that works the drive through is rude, plays on her phone while taking orders and acts put out by doing her job. We came in to order as that is usually the more successful way to get service there and both little girls that were working were sitting in a car at the curb with the door open. We stood there for a solid 5 minutes before they came in. Idk if the owner doesn’t read reviews, because they’re certainly not glowing and nothing seems to change. The Albertos on 1st street is cleaner, faster, and more friendly.

I recently came in after biking from Planet fitness to have a carneasada burrito. Only for my meat to be completely undercooked and fatty, Also After riding my bike for 3 minutes and getting home the burrito was as cold the meat wasn’t warm. Would not recommend

Was overcharged for a burrito by an under age worker because apparently they only have children working here. She was clearly distracted as she was on her phone when she took my card and was yelling. The management didn’t want to refund my money unless I had the burrito or the receipt when I was told by the worker when I called that I could come in and get the refund, but wasn’t notified that I had to bring anything with me. Was also blamed for coming in after they had “closed out the day” which I was also not noticed of. This place consistently gets my order incorrect and can’t employ people over the age of 16 who aren’t related to them. Strongly recommend not going here

Like many reviews, the quality has definitely went down. I’m leaving a review because the service has been terrible. The girl at the window in the evenings just doesn’t seem to care and gets annoyed at the smallest things. She mumbles on the headset in the drive thru. I asked for 2-4 hot sauces twice. She said it was extra and I was okay with that. Get to the window, paid, and I received zero hot sauce. It’s the small things like this that can easily be fixed for customer retention. Doubt I will go back again.

This is the 3rd time my order was messed up. I didn’t check my food until I got home and I didn’t have time to go back. So i called about it and the girl said I had to go in tonight to get the correct order and bring in the wrong food they gave me and the card that I paid with. I don’t have time to go back especially since I have 2 Littles. I don’t have an extra hour to spend. I told them I could go in tomorrow but something bout having to be there before 4pm? I hung up. So frustrating that they have children working there who can’t get the correct orders. Won’t be back ever

I have never before driven away from an order, but tonight I tried going through their drive-thru & after ordering a single item the girl told me that she’d have my total at the window… We tried to continue our order & after each item she would ask “is that it?” & another time tried to say that she’d have our total at the window. (It was not a large order, it was just the two of us getting food) Finally after we get to ordering our drinks, we attempted to ask what churros they had & she just stopped responding… they close at midnight, we arrived at 10:30, so I know it wasn’t because they were rushing us so that they could close. There was a car in front & behind us. The service here has always been lacking but I know after tonight I will not be returning to this location. It is SOOO VERY worth it to drive over to the one on First Street. They’re always polite & it took us less than a minute to place an order. Had our food within 5 minutes.

Hands down worst Mexican food Iv ever had, I bought 2 burritos one of the tortilla wasn’t even cooked and the other burrito was DRIPPING with oil. I tried to go back to have them make it right and they said they dident use oil on that burrito that there is no way it would be dripping with oil. I had already thrown the burrito away after SPITTING OUT my first bite. AFTER GOING BACK TO THE “ESTABLISHMENT” I called the manager who wanted me to dig through my trash for this awful burrito and make ANOTHER trip to their “ESTABLISHMENT” Hands down WORST MEXICAN RESTAURANT in IdahoFalls, terrible customer service. Go to Morinitas or the other Alberto’s DIFFERENT owners sooooo much better food!! Bad experience. WILL NOT BE GIVING THEM MY HARD EARNED MONEY AND YOU SHOULDN’T EITHER.

It’s a shame that the service is so rotten because the food is good. I’ve continued to put up with the bad service because we like the food but today the girl on drive thru was so rude that we left and will never come back again. Learn to treat customers with decency or lose your business. Never again!
