Out of Romaine and super greens. Waited several minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff that they would be right with us. 5:00 time and lots of online orders they were filling; family in front of me. I have to be places too!?!?! Staff seemed stressed, not very friendly.

As a regular and lover of cava the experience I just had was so disappointing. The way I was treated by the staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. The portions that we were given were extremely small and when we asked for more arugula they told us it would be extra. They then proceeded to add barely anything. On top of not getting a full bowl of food the rice was stale and the ingredients tasted old. When playing 28$ for two bowls I expect much better, we will not be eating at this location again.

workers at this location are incredibly rude and have no sense of following directions. one worker snapped at me and asked me to speed up my order when there was no line behind me. management needs to address their workers. additionally, the chicken always has fat in it, which is disgusting.

Usually when I go in person and order the food always turns out great, however, I have ordered online pickup twice in a row now because it is more convenient. Both times now my online order has been disappointing to say the least. There is no care put in the meal, it is as if I am eating a mess of scraps. The arugula consisted of mainly just stems (see photo), zero leaves, and the other ingredients seemed like literal leftover pieces. On top of that multiple items like the free bread and other toppings were missing both times. This is never an issue when I order in person but it seems to be when I order online pickup. Disappointing both times.
