Fire the blonde in your drive thru. Seriously. I’ve had multiple horrible interactions with her. I’ve been screamed at for using the app, had the wrong donuts THROWN at me (in a bag) through the drive through window, and I’ve heard her screaming at coworkers. She’s a horrible look for your business. Not to mention, the food has been horrible lately, coffee not mixed, hash browns not warmed or crunchy, donut icing all over outside and inside of bag. Two days in a roll I have come here in the Wetumpka Dunken Donuts for ICED coffee. The pictures is of the coffee . I see no ICE! Now I understand the ice machine is down but I also seen them carrying ice in. To allow a ICED coffee to leave their window with no ICE is unacceptable. The answer I get from the manager is “Sir, you could have asked for more ice. ” I mentioned it to the young lady at the window and no mention of oh I’ll get you more ICE. Poor manager skills and poor communication to her employees . Do better . I spend a lot of money at this store. I do not recommend this store .
