Food tastes fine much better than a yr ago but! I spend $27 on breakfast and they give you one order of hash rounds in 3 large boxes! I bought breakfast for workers the next day two large and it actually filled one box! Also slow yourself down and stir that powdered gravy!!! I had to remix mine with hot water due to the flour still being lumpy form not mixing it good enough. 2 days in a row! You need to retrain everyone apparently

My husband and I just ordered two of the breakfast specials. The lady at the drive through ask if we wanted jelly and my husband said yes. When we get to the window he ask if there was napkins and everything in the bag. She said yes. We start down the interstate only to find out there is no jelly and no utensil to eat the biscuit and gravy with. I had to just dip the biscuit in the gravy. I attached a picture to show how much gravy was wasted because I had no utensils. The gravy was lumpy also.

We were traveling from Florida to Louisiana & stopped for a bite & bathroom break. Food was good but there was no toilet paper at all. What the heck. How do you run a business with bathrooms & be completely out of toilet paper.!!!

After an absurdly complicated attempt to place an order at the drive thru speaker, including asking for a listed item that the cashier apparently didn’t know they sold, I got to the window and handed the same person a twenty and got a five back taken from a pile next to the cash register. No coins, no receipt. I asked for a receipt and he handed me another dollar bill from the same pile. I asked again for a receipt and he called a young woman from the back who seemed caught off guard. I asked for my twenty back and told them to get their act together and drove away. No way I’m eating food from that place.

Stopped by to order and was not suprised that it was drive-thru, only. I waited in line appx. 8 minutes before I could order. After taking my money I was told to go around the building and park in #9. While I was waiting I realized this store was using this system to make it appear that their drive thru is functioning well. Hardest supposedly monitors the amount of time it takes for a customer to receive their order. It took me 10 minutes before the store maanger brought out my order. Dont stop here if you’re in a hurry.
