Maybe I’ve just gotten lucky (I see some bad reviews) but every time I’ve gone everything’s been perfect. The people are nice, I’ve only have to wait if they drop the food fresh for me, it tastes good, it’s reasonably warm, and I can still get a combo meal for under ten bucks.

Awful!! This was the worst food I’ve ever gotten from any restaurant ever!! My sandwich was raw!! My bread was very doughy and had gobs of flour on it. Flour literally fell out onto my lap from inside the wrapper!! I couldn’t believe it!! The other sandwich we ordered was the exact same way!! They had to have known that it was not cooked when they wrapped it up!! I just don’t understand it at all. They didn’t give us the fries we ordered and they were cold!! I’m never going back again and it’s a shame!! I have always loved the big hot ham and cheese sandwich from there!! Seriously this incident happened like three or four days ago and I’m still very traumatized from it. Gross!!

For me it’s the best place for biscuits as far as the rest of the menu I can do without it’s really greasy when you get a bun that has grease all over it it kind of tells you all you need to know but again for the biscuits awesome.

How can you have your doors open when you don’t have a cook when I worked in the restaurant industry as a manager I could cook and do every operation in that restaurant so if you don’t have management that can do that they’re just lazy or incompetent or you should have your door shut down and not be open at all this restaurant is a complete and other joke.

Hardee’s burgers comes with a limp wilted piece of green leaf that has no texture fiber or nutritional value which they call lettuce. I have tried time and time again to substitute shredded lettuce for the green slimy leaf. They failed each time. Today when I asked for shredded lettuce the manager taking my order told me “But that’s how all our lettuce comes”. Flabbergasted by her response, I had to explain to her that all the items on her Red burrito menu featured shredded lettuce. She looked at me like she was completely confused by what I said. So I reminded her again, and she said okay. But I received another two burgers that had a flat piece of slimy green leaf on it. The prior three times I have reminded the cashier, and each time they did a wonderful job of following up and confirming with the kitchen staff that I was getting shredded lettuce. But each time they were lied to by their fellow employees because I still received a slimy Green leaf. When you have to explain to the manager of a restaurant what is on their menu and how the items are made you have to question everything. Training, hiring practices, assembly methods, and unfortunately the safety the food you’re receiving. If someone chosen and promoted by Hardee’s to manage a restaurant doesn’t even know their own menu, I doubt they have the understanding and competence provide true food safety. And when the person who makes your food lies to a fellow employee about what it’s on an item not only do they consciously decide to make that person deal with the consequences of their actions, they place the lives of every customer with food allergies in danger by being so careless and then lying about it. I understand the need for a living wage. And I understand that the amount of money made by food corporations compared to the amount of money paid to their employees is shameful. However, with the push for higher wages every employer should expect a higher level of performance in return. If these issues are so prevalent at one Hardee’s location, they surely exist that particular franchisees entire operation. Apathy, dishonesty and incompetence can be a deadly combination when it involves preparing and selling food to the public. History has taught that lesson to us.

After driving 700 miles I was instructed to pull forward even though nobody else was there. 10 min later backed up to the window so they could give me hot fries to go with my already ice cold burgers. For $25 & Forgot the ketchup I specifically asked for. Deplorable after the day I had.
