Great service! I accidentally erased all my toppings from my online order and when I got home I opened a plain sandwich with meat and cheese only. So disappointing! I had to go back. It was totally my fault, but when I went back and explained and ordered a new one (fully planning to pay) they comped it for me. Really nice of them.

I love potbelly in general, but this hasn’t been my favorite location in a while, even though it is so close to my home. Just one reason – they’re consistently late with their take out order. The whole reason I order online is so that I can be just in and out, but I always seem to be waiting around for them to finish up or start my order.

This location is beginning to go downhill fast. The sandwiches are not fully cooked and the salads no longer have mixed greens. They now have old brown ice burg lettuce. They are thrown together haphazardly and are often missing all of the ingredients. I keep ordering hoping it will get better but it just keeps getting worse. I don’t know if it’s hard or find good staff or if the owner has just given up.

Placed an order for salad waited more than 15 minutes for someone to get started on it. Was standing right in front of the staff they ignored me completely. Three people behind me with tall orders of sandwiches got their orders & left. Then one staff member working on the sandwich asked another team member who was on her phone to start on it. It was busy but not all team members were busy. Not a word of apology from the staff. They did not forget the order they were rude.

I don’t know if they changed the recipe to the chicken salad or if this was just a bad batch, but my sandwich today was disgusting. It was so full of pepper it was inedbile. Tasted nothing like the the chicken salad of the past, which has always been my favorite.
