Food is good but feel ripped off. I ordered a plate 2 entrees and side and when I got home it appears as though I was only given 1 entree.

I had a disappointing experience. The teriyaki chicken was burnt and the noodles were full of lettuce, making the dish unappetizing. To make matters worse, many menu items were also unavailable.

I ordered a bigger plate with rangoons. They said the Beijing beef would take about 12 mins and I said that is fine. I paid and parked to wait. It took over 30 min to get my food and they didn’t give me my teriyaki sauce as I requested. On top of the wait this is how empty the orange chicken separate container was (see photo). Very disappointed as I really enjoy panda. On another visit at this location they were out of most of the main stream entrees and I decided not to order. I don’t think I will return to this location or maybe panda all together.

Camille had a really bad attitude. I asked for super greens and she said it would be a 6 to 8 minute wait. When I said ok I can wait, she sighed and sucked her teeth. Then when I got to the window, the order was $10.01, I gave her a $20 and said one second, I have a penny so I can get back a $10 instead of $9.99. She walked off as I was talking and then came back and I asked could she give me a $10 instead of all the change and she said too late the register is already closed. I’ve been to many different panda locations around Orlando and even in other states and I’ve never got anyone as rude as she was. She needs training on how to give good customer service!

Terrible service this location is bad, I really like panda express, but not this one , I ordered from drive truth and they said that I have to wait 6 minutes for the Beijing beef I said ok, I was in the parking place almost 30 min until I decided to get out of the car and go inside, the food was there just waiting, they give to me I went home without checking, and both of my ordered incomplete, I paid for the shrimp walnut never get it and the portion in general so poor , I will never back to this place .

Is there some secret about the secret to restaurant success. It’s food! food! food! and plenty of it and good too. A garnish of food barely wetting the top of a clump of rice won’t do it. After plenty of good food comes the price and the service. Don’t cheap out, it doesn’t work in the long run. The food is good enough, so give people enough of it! I won’t be back.

Decided to do drive thru where I was told it would be 6 mins for the chow mein/ noodles. I waited in the drive thru parking spot for 25 mins… went inside and they had noodles almost half way gone that they were serving to walk ins and people already sitting down. There was others outside waiting and they admitted that no one was working on those orders. Decided for a refund to go somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.

Simple is the best way to describe this place because it is super simple to get in and out and what you need without wasting any time. The staff is always quick and easy to speak to.

Very disappointed with my first experience at this location. We were told to wait in the parking area for our food for freshly made chow mein, 6 min we were told. I had to go inside the store after 20 min of waiting! 5 employees there. When I arrive my food was in a bag ready ? Very unprofessional. There was no urgency❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️❗️
