The service is horrible the old man that takes the drive through orders has very low skills communicating with costumers. And he seems like he’s always mad or overwhelmed even tho they never get that busy I was the only one car taking orders and he seems annoyed when seeing costumers. Coffee was great tho, but the people that hired for this location makes it difficult for us to come back to this location.

They messed up an order placed at the drive thru, then went inside to show the order was unacceptable..man at the register who is white said it was the Mexicans in the back that don’t know anything. Also said French curler donuts were disconnected when in fact they are not…. Horrible all around.

you all really need to calm down with this whole “horrible service” thing. Many of them are NEW and training takes time. you stuck up people need to realize fast food service isn’t always easy and sometimes they are SHORT STAFFED. i’ve had to have people wait for as long as 20 minutes in a drive thru due to only one person working or people in training. Just because you can’t get ur coffee in 5 seconds doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world and for the one comment that states the “white man” said that the “mexicans don’t know how to do anything, grow up and stop putting words into peoples mouths he said “they’re english isn’t good and it’s kinda hard to communicate” which is TRUE. you people make me sick. truly.
