Homey little restaurant with a good selection of breakfast dishes. I had the eggs benedict Florentine with hash browns. The eggs benedict were excellent while the hash browns were mushy and overcooked inside, hence the 4-stars instead of 5. Service was good but there were only us and one other table at the time so it’s hard to extrapolate. Overall, the food was very good given the quaintness of the establishment.

I have been here a few times and every other time has been great but this time was horrible. The food tasted very plain and there was almost no meat in our sandwiches. The drinks were horrible and had a weird taste to them. The tea I was given was old tea, you could taste it. When I went to use the ketchup it had water in the cap and spilled everywhere. The waitress saw and didn’t do anything to help. I had to get up and go to the bathroom to clean up. She argued with me and told me I needed to shake it… I told her that wasn’t the problem. When she would fill up our waters she would spill water all over the tablet and wouldn’t clean it up. At the end when we were waiting for our check, she placed it in the puddle of water on the table and walked away. I was sooo incredibly disappointed with the service and the food. I have really enjoyed this place before and have always loved supporting small businesses but I will NEVER go back! That was unacceptable!! I hope that nobody else ever has to deal with such horrible service like that again there!

the place was cozy, homely, for me the food seemed ordinary and not the most delicious, toasts that should have been sweet were salty, but the second course for another person turned out to be very tasty, according to him, BUT, there was someone else’s lipstick on the tea cup, and so the waitress didn’t seem friendly.

Just had the California Eggs Benedict, was one of the best I have had. I go to a lot of breakfast places, this one is worth another visit. Highly recommended.

I eat here all the time. The food is great and the service is greater LOL! The waitresses are fantastic and “No nonsense”. If you want to complain go somewhere else. They may not put up with it LOL! They are usually fun to be with. The 8am crowd is like family and it’s a great place to eat anytime of the day. With the current sh__ going on with this retarded administration, good help is hard to come by so the hrs have changed from 8am – 2pm.

Wasn’t open at posted time. Been eager to try this place but pricey for the service and food you get. I like when my breakfast potatoes have some crust on them but these taste burnt. My ham and cheese omelette arrived without ham. Daughters French bread was very rich. Pancake stacks are huge. Service was slow. Maybe I hit on a bad day? I like to support local restaurants but would have a difficult time wanting to return. Breakfast for 3 was $50 with tip.

Nice friendly home cooking. It’s the small town family atmosphere with great pancakes, omelets and soft rock music. Coffees strong and flavorful.

Nice, quiet, and quaint. I enjoyed it with my 16 year old granddaughter, who recommended the place. Country style food.
