We stopped ordering from this restaurant a couple years ago because of quality issues. Tonight, we thought we would give it another shot. We always order from their app. It seems nothing has changed. We ordered a medium pizza/cooked well done, with 2 toppings and light sauce. We received our medium 2 topping pizza, undercooked/raw dough, and enough sauce to make the cheese and toppings slide off. Nonetheless, we will not be returning again, at least for quite a while.

Order from them a lot. On a first name basess with most of the drivers. Normally food is always hot and delivery fast. (I also always tip the driver). Only when door dash delivers is when it takes forever. Because they can’t keep no help. Lot of times people from other stores have to come work. Overall service is good. Food is good also.

Its always a drag when you walk in. You never get really greeted with a smile. It honestly seems like a bunch of people who just hate their job. Don’t call in either of something gets messed up because you will get nowhere. The best part of this place is the occasional friendly delivery driver that doesn’t drive like a maniac and destroy your pizza before I gets there.

Tried to order pizza over phone. Placed order for 2 medium pizzas (the special) for $14 carryout but was told no carryout. At 9:30. So I said fine delivery. Then she told me no medium pizzas. I could get any other size. Then I ask for a discount for not getting the special and she refused to give a discount. Poorest pizza place I have ever seen. I will not have papa John’s ever again!!!

In my order was an 8 piece of Buffalo wings, when I opened the box I realized they looked darker than usual and the sauce was every where! I quickly found out the wings were darker because they were originally BBQ wings but I guess they felt it wouldn’t be noticed. If they had just delivered BBQ wings yes I would’ve been upset but I would’ve ate them. My problem is that they knew they messed up my order yet sent it out anyways. I truly hope the person that messed up my order doesn’t continue to do this and put someone in the hospital because of a food allergy.

Always have my order hot and fresh! They’ve even helped me carry it to the car !(Great when you have kids!) It’s the little things like that make them awesome! I order carry out like 2 -3 x’s monthly and they have only messed up once. They offered to refund that pizza, give me a new one, and a courtesy drop off. I declined to all except the new pizza, but they over compensate for any mistakes. Very friendly staff and great pizza!!

Most horrible customer service ever. Took over two hours to even find out that my pizzas were still in the oven got a refund and they said they will still deliver it. 30 Mins later I call them and there response oh yeah we forgot to send it with the driver, do you still want it. McDonald’s has these people beat(no offense to McDonald’s)

Ordered a pizza for delivery last night, when it got there, the driver took out of carrier and gave to me, the box wasn’t even warm to the touch, take it in, and open it, and it was hard and crunchy like it had been sitting for a while. I tried to call, but the store had done closed, called the driver and he was like, oh well, I’m the only driver.

Ok I’m not really sure how you can mess up a online order but somehow this location figured it out. So apparently the incompetence of the manager is the reason I know have to wait another 30 to 40 min so I can receive my pizza. Long story short he/she cancelled the order. Really!!! This is supposed to save time and man power. How about using the money your saving to pay a competent member of management and hit the accept botton.
