This place either needs more employees, new management, or to be shut down completely. Waited over 1 hr for1 pizza. We ordered online. The store front is never open. I understand they may be short on employees but if you can’t run a business effectively then you shouldn’t be open.

i ordered my pizza and cheesy bread at 7 o’clock , thinking it would be a good fast decision considering i just got off of a 12 hr shift and was starving. not only did i wait for 1 hr in the parking lot but when my pager went off and i pulled up to the drive through window i was informed rudely that “your pizza was dropped on the floor you’ll have to wait longer” , without offering an apology or even an alternative. i had to REQUEST an alternative and got a COLD and NOT ready pizza! i am HIGHLY disappointed with this little caesar’s and will not return and will also let others know about my experience!

This place is really out of sorts. As a DoorDash driver, they NEVER have the orders ready when I get there and I have to wait at least ten minutes to get it. Today I came there and the drive-thru is backed up. It takes me thirty minutes just to get to the window and then the lady tells me they are short staffed and it’ll take forty minutes to make the order. My customer had to just cancel the order and I lost money. Don’t waste your time at this place

Carrollton little ceasers was the worst experience ever. We called to place our large order but of course no one answered the phone. I followed the prompts and placed our $70 order through the app. Pick up time was 4:18. We get there and they are out of dough and it’ll be 25 minutes. We wait. 35 minutes later while standing in the waiting area of the lobby the employees are singing their self created raps complete with ALL the profanity, the girl in the kitchen prep area was vaping, they’re throwing dough flour on each other, laughing and having the time of their life all while some were wearing sandal slides with socks. If I hadn’t already paid via the app, I would’ve left. Most unprofessional experience of my life. We have also contacted corporate. By the time we left there were multiple unsatisfied customers. If there were negative stars then they would be awarded them. Most disrespectful employees.

Hot and NOT Ready today, same as the last time I went in. Waited far too long because they didn’t tell me some of the items I ordered weren’t ready until after I paid. Won’t make that mistake again!

Ordered a Pretzel Crust pizza, and this is what I was given. It looks like a regular pizza. I was wondering where’s the Pretzel Crust is! I wish there was another store in Carrollton, with a different owner!

I ordered pizza for my family on Monday June 5th. The pizza we received was soggy and the pizza my wife & I ate gave us food poisoning. I ended up having to go to the hospital because of how sick I was. We will not be eating here again.

Went in an hour and a half before closing. Everything I tried to order they said “it was too late to make” and even to order a pizza they said they would “have to turn the oven back on and wait for it to heat up so it would take a while”. We essentially couldn’t order anything. Idk why they supposedly “open.”

The food here is not bad, but every time I come here they don’t have pizzas ready. There are signs everywhere that say hot and ready 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. that’s a lie. Today when I ordered the girl didn’t bother to tell me it wasn’t ready and when she told me to park around front I asked how long it would be. She said 5 to 10 minutes. I said your sign reads hot and ready four to eight and she said oh we never have them ready.
